Himalayan Haldi
Himalayan Haldi refers to turmeric grown in the Himalayan region of India, Nepal, and Bhutan, especially in Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, and parts of the Northeast.
It is known to be more aromatic, richer in curcumin, and often grown organically in high-altitude, mineral-rich soil, which enhances its potency.
Haldi (turmeric) has been used in Ayurveda for centuries for its healing, anti-inflammatory, and rejuvenating properties.
What Makes It Special?
